    Riad Algora is a privatized Riad located in the heart of the medina, in the quiet district of the Palais Royal.

    With family or friends, the Riad will be entirely reserved for you during your stay. Our aim is to give you a wonderful change of scenery with friends or family (maximum capacity 13 people).

    You’ll be welcomed by Mahdia, who’ll take care of the breakfasts included in the price of your reservation, as well as daily housekeeping.

    At Riad Algora, you’ll be close to Jemaa el-Fna square, the souks, the Koutoubia, shops and traditional or trendy restaurants.

    Completely renovated in 2021 in the Moroccan tradition, Riad Algora has 6 bedrooms sleeping 13, a patio with a refreshing pool, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lounge and a living room.

    The top floor features a large terrace where you can enjoy the generous Moroccan sunshine.

    From the terrace, you have a beautiful, unobstructed view of the Atlas mountains, the mythical Hôtel de la Mamounia, the Koutoubia, and the royal palace….

    All 6 air-conditioned rooms have their own private bathroom.

    Cabs can drop you off near the Riad, but everything can be done on foot!

    The Riad

    A Riad is a traditional Moroccan house located in the medinas, the historic centers of Morocco’s imperial cities, surrounded by ramparts. The Riad is built around a patio with a pool or fountain, which refreshes the atmosphere. The patio is the center of the house, and the bedrooms and living room face out towards it to cut through the noise and heat of the city, creating a sense of calm.

We'd been planning it for months, and Hervé was there to listen, help and advise us before and during our stay. His on-site team is simply fabulous, incredibly kind and attentive.     For a family getaway, it's great to have the whole Riad exclusively for your group. It's really very beautiful and magnificently decorated. The atmosphere is very zen and you really feel at home. Mahdia, the housekeeper, is adorable and attentive. Her cooking is delicious. You can visit the whole of the old town on foot from the Riad, and you're only 10 minutes from the famous square. The terrace offers an extraordinary view over the heights of Marrakech, with beautiful vegetation. We also really enjoyed the massages offered inside the Riad. We can't wait to come back with friends.

It feels like a home away from home, and I can't recommend it highly enough. The attention to detail was evident, from the carefully chosen furniture to the beautiful artwork. Herve the owner was incredible throughout the booking process. He was easy to communicate with, warm, welcoming and went out of his way to ensure my comfort throughout our stay.
